Why people choose this clinic

Personalised guidance, and a clinician who stays with you from the assessment to the last session.

Musculoskeletal

Back, neck, shoulder, hip and knee. Assessment, manual therapy and a home programme you will actually do — three exercises, not eleven.

Post-operative rehab

Joint replacement and ligament reconstruction, run from your surgeon’s protocol with progress reported back to them.

Sports injury

Running, cricket and racquet injuries, with return-to-play decided on testing rather than on how long it has been.

Antenatal and postnatal

Pelvic girdle pain, diastasis and return to exercise. One-to-one, and never in a group class.

Long-term conditions

Arthritis and persistent pain, managed rather than cured — which is the honest framing and the one people are rarely given.

What we refer on

Neurological rehabilitation, paediatrics and anything with red-flag symptoms. We do not treat what we are not the right clinic for, and we will name who is.

One site, five clinicians, one-to-one

One site, five clinicians, one-to-one

Four treatment rooms and a rehabilitation gym on Hill Road. Everyone here is registered with the Maharashtra State OTPT Council and the number is on their profile below, because you are entitled to check it and almost nobody is told that. Every session is forty-five minutes with the same clinician — not a supervised gym floor with four people at once, which is how most clinics in this city make the economics work.

What we can actually count

No recovery rates and no success percentages — those are medical claims, not marketing ones.

Finding us

Above the pharmacy, second floor. Parking is on Waroda Road, not Hill Road.

No location configured.

Before your first appointment

Do I need a doctor’s referral?

No. You can book directly and most people do. If the assessment turns up anything that needs a doctor first, we will stop and tell you rather than treat around it — that happens in roughly one assessment in nine.

Do I need a scan first?

Usually not, and about forty-five per cent of people arrive holding one they did not need. MRI findings in backs and shoulders are common in people with no pain at all, so a scan often adds worry rather than information. If it will change what we do, we will say so.

How many sessions will it take?

You get an estimate at the assessment — typically six to ten for a straightforward back, longer for a frozen shoulder, and we reassess at the fourth if nothing has changed. If a clinic cannot give you a number on day one, ask why.

Why no packages?

Because a pre-paid block of ten gives us a reason to use all ten. Pay per session, stop when you are better, and that decision stays yours. It costs us revenue and it is the single clearest thing about how this clinic is run.
